Author Declaration and Ethical Disclosure Form

In accordance with international publishing standards and the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines, all corresponding authors submitting a manuscript to the Journal of Hydro-Environmental Systems & Solutions (HESS) are required to complete and submit the Author Declaration and Ethical Disclosure Form.

This form is essential to ensure transparency in authorship, funding disclosures, ethical compliance, and intellectual property declarations. It must be completed truthfully and submitted as part of the manuscript submission process.

We kindly request that the corresponding author simply:

  1. Download the forms provided below.
  2. Complete/tick all sections on behalf of all listed authors.
  3. Sign the form electronically (typed full name is acceptable).
  4. Upload the completed form during the online manuscript submission process.

Please note: Manuscripts submitted without the completed form will not proceed to peer review.
